Sara’s deep experience and expertise - at the intersection of real estate, finance and strategy - allows her clients to focus on their mission while she manages the intricate details. She is skilled at identifying connections and building solutions to advance her client’s mission and grow sustainably, while also mitigating operational and financial risk. Her expertise includes team assembly, real estate project execution, financial management and resource optimization, as well as designing systems and solutions for operational and portfolio-level efficiency.
Sara’s super powers include strong anticipatory planning and hands on project management. She knows how to ask the questions clients aren't sure they know (or feel comfortable) asking. And together with them, she develops and executes on an agreed upon plan - ensuring that client resources are aligned to their goals and resources, so that they can remain focused on their mission and execute on their leadership goals.
